Communications: Strategic Plan
ElectriCities of North Carolina has introduced a new strategic plan designed to guide the organization in the years to come. The strategic plan identifies four areas of focus — service excellence, competitive rates, stakeholder acceptance and financial stability while maintaining the highest degree of corporate integrity.
The plan outlines goals, objectives and strategies in each area that will drive the organization.
"This plan represents our path forward and it will define our priorities as an organization for the future," said Graham Edwards, CEO of ElectriCities. "We will measure our progress against these goals and hold ourselves accountable for making smart business decisions that will turn this strategic plan into reality."
